Based on the Ignatian Rules of Discernment, co-discerning groups are a wonderful way to walk with God with others.

We all need spiritual friends! A spiritual friend or mentor helps you process the ups and downs of life with no set agenda, giving you the benefit of their wisdom and experience while reminding you of the "absolutely unconditional, unlimited and unimaginably extravagant love of God." I offer hour-long mentoring sessions, in person or via Zoom.
